England football manager Gareth Southgate has said it will be time to step down if the team fails to win Euro 2024.

    “If we don’t win it, I won’t be here, so it’s the last chance.” Southgate told Bild. “I think about half of the national team coaches will leave after the tournament. That’s the nature of international football.”

    “I’ve been with the team for almost eight years and we’ve almost achieved our goal. You can’t go out in public and say, ‘Give me a little bit more,’ because at some point people lose faith.”
