Fulham vs Tottenham: Preview, predictions and lineup

- Tottenham visit Fulham off the back of huge Europa League win over AZ Alkmaar
- Cottagers on the periphery of European places
- Spurs have little to play for domestically during final quarter of campaign
Fresh off a huge win in midweek, Tottenham Hotspur travel across the capital on Sunday and face Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Spurs’ season – and likely Ange Postecoglou’s job – was on the line as AZ Alkmaar visited N17 with a 1-0 lead to protect in the second leg of their Europa League round of 16 tie. However, with Postecoglou able to finally roll out his strongest centre-back pairing, the hosts claimed a 3-1 victory following an impressive second half display to progress into the last eight.
Fulham team news
Sasa Lukic proved to be an important absentee at Brighton last weekend, and Fulham are without the midfielder again on Sunday as he serves the second of his two-match ban.
The hosts are still without Reiss Nelson, Harry Wilson and Kenny Tete, while Adama Traore, who often tormented Spurs during his spell at Wolves, is a doubt due to an ankle injury.
Tottenham team news
Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven คาสิโนออนไลน์ UFABET ฝากถอนรวดเร็ว เริ่มต้นเล่นง่าย started together for the first time since December on Thursday, but Postecoglou is carefully managing the latter’s minutes. The Dutchman played an hour in midweek after enjoying a 30-minute cameo against Bournemouth.
With Ben Davies back in action, Van de Ven could drop to the bench on Sunday. The manager will want to have his star defender at 100% for next month’s Europa League quarter-final against Eintracht Frankfurt, and can ill-afford to take any risks.
